SPECIFICATIONS

Reels with 250gr, 500gr and 1kg (reels without reels attached with nylon clamps);
Available thicknesses: 1.75mm and 3.00mm
Dimensional tolerance: About 0.05mm.
Diameter of the inner opening of the coil: About 110 mm for both measurements.
Material: 100% ABS - (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene).

ABS 3D SUMER PLÁSTICOS® Filaments are 100% pure and do not have a mixture of other materials.

Our color concentrates use the same base material as the filament production, that is, there is no other contaminating material in the product pigmentation, reducing nozzle clogging and other printing problems.

CARE THAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

Before printing, make sure your printing table is preheated, level, clean and free of oil;

Table temperature: 105 ° C (221 ° F)

Melting temperature: amorphous, no "true" melting point.

Nozzle temperature: 230 ° C (446 ° F).

Always store your ABS 3D SUMER PLÁSTICOS® Filaments in a tightly closed box, in a dry place and away from any moisture. One suggestion is to put the post-use filament in a plastic bag and seal or seal well and, if possible, use a vacuum, with small vacuum machines available on the market (widely used to preserve food).

We advise that ABS naturally absorbs moisture from the air even when stored in its original packaging. If there is no protection, the product can, of course, damage and impede print quality.
